100 Views of Edo….online.

Go here and look at Hiroshige’s 100 views of edo online.

I went to the Brooklyn museum a year ago, and got a book of these, but somehow missed the actual exhibition? 

I fail.

but anyway, go look at this stuff. It’s really amazing. I can’t even come up with reasons why it’s so good. It just is. You’ll know when you see it.

 

I think I’ll end up going to the Brooklyn museum soon for the other temporary exhibit on Japanese prints and I’ll look for these then, too.

Good: Bought paint. Also ink, for the semisecretproject. Made an awesome playlist. Have good books to read.

I also think I will make some folding stars, because I want a mindless and semi-productive activity.

Bad: Have yet to actually unpack/clean my room, still putting off the whole job thing, etc
